Why and how do people act, think, and feel as they do? Many of the answers to such questions are found in psychology, the science of mental processes and behaviors. The study of the human mind has been a fascinating subject for millions of people. Whether taking a course in high school or college, our psychology tutors have the expertise to help with solidifying that knowledge. Learning about how people’s minds think and brains work will help in all walks of life. Conejo Valley Tutoring’s goal is for students at all levels to develop knowledge and critical thinking skills that will aid in their understanding of the relationships among theory, research, and application as it applies to their specific needs.
Our psychology tutor, Dustin Weissman, has a B.A. from University of California Santa Barbara, a M.A. in Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara, and has completed all of his doctoral coursework for his Psychology Doctorate (PsyD) at Antioch University Santa Barbara. He is also a college psychology professor at the University of DeVry. His understanding and knowledge of the various topics within psychology and experience in teaching/tutoring will help any student master their psychology course.
